At Kenneth Cole, I served as Lead Footwear Designer, covering for the Design Director during maternity leave. In this role, I oversaw the design of new seasons from concept to completion, conducted weekly fittings with foot models, and ensured all technical specifications and notes were clearly communicated to vendors. Upon the Design Director’s return, I was recognized as a key contributor, and my contract was extended to provide support to the menswear team. I collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality, meet deadlines, and deliver cohesive collections aligned with brand standards.
